2024 Seasons Fee’s: £3,444 Or monthly payment option available. Caravans and cabins purchased after the start of the season will be charged site fees in proportion to the length of the current season remaining. Site Fees include, water, VAT and maintenance costs (including: grass cutting, recycling of rubbish, general upkeep of the park). Rates will be invoiced in April when we know what the rates charge will be. Any government discount will be passed on to all holiday home owners. Electric is metered at cost, you only pay for what you have used.

FOR CABINS – WE ARE OPEN ALL YEAR (FOR HOLIDAY USE)

New holiday homes: you are given a 20 year lease.

Second-hand homes: whatever is left on the lease for that home.

Absolutely, the park has a 350Mb connection and Wi-Fi is available with in-caravan routers or direct park wide depending on your equipment  – if you really want to keep in touch with the outside world. Our provider is  camping connect, you can buy access by the day, week or year (at a very reasonable price). Or please ask for brochure at the office.
