For Cabins – we are open all year (for holiday use)

What are the site fees?

2022 Seasons Fee’s: £2,400+VAT

Or monthly payment option available.

Caravans and cabins purchased after the start of the season will be charged site fees in proportion to the length of the current season remaining.

Site Fees include, water, VAT and maintenance costs (including: grass cutting, recycling of rubbish, general upkeep of the park).

Rates will be invoiced in April when we know what the rates charge will be. Any government discount will be passed on to all holiday home owners

Electric is metered at cost, you only pay for what you have used.

How long can you keep your holiday home on the park?

New holiday homes: you are given a 20 year lease.

Second-hand homes: whatever is left on the lease for that home.

Is internet connection available?

Absolutely, the park has a 350Mb connection and Wi-Fi is available with in-caravan routers or direct park wide depending on your equipment – if you really want to keep in touch with the outside world. Our provider is camping connect, you can buy access by the day, week or year (at a very reasonable price). Or please ask for brochure at the office.

Catch a whopper

Go fishing within the park directly from very our own river bank with fishing rights on the Dullas river (on the Dolguog side), stroll across to the river Dovey or take advantage of the daily fishing trips from Barmouth.

A hole in one

Machynlleth Golf Club is only a 10 minute walk from our park, alternatively try the charming Aberdovey Golf Club with its views of the Dovey Estuary is just a 20 minute drive away.

If you fancy a meal or just a relaxing drink, there are a number of pubs in town – Just a 10 to 15 min walk from the park.

We are just half a mile (10/15 min walk) from the ancient market town of Machynlleth, with its antique / craft shops, leading supermarkets and historic buildings.

Don’t forget the Wednesday Street market and, of course, its famous clock tower !

A lot of bins have been provided to separate rubbish. It is an excellent park. Very natural with lots of birdlife.

Park is set on hillside, trees, walk over river Dyfi to Grandma’s Garden and Plas Dolguog Hotel.
Whether you love sea, hills,lakes, mountains,forest, birds, walking, climbing, cycling, lakes or boating,it‘s all here in striking distance.
If you want site clubs, playgrounds, shops on site, plenty of other parks around that do that job really well.
This one’s for peaceful, quiet, relaxing, absolutely LOVE IT !
